My husband and I have been trained by Dan for the past year. We are individually at different levels of ability and Dan works that into our training to ensure that we can work out together but equally make it challenging for both of us. Each week is different and brings a new challenge. Dan has worked with us to set personal goals and has helped keep us motivated and encourages/inspires us to exercise outside of PT sessions. He has given us nutritional advice which has been useful for us to reflect on our eating/drinking habits and helped us make some changes. Dan is very knowledgable and he is good at explaining the ‘why’ and the ‘how’ of doing various exercises / stretches. It’s refreshing how he doesn’t dwell negatively on what we “haven’t” done over the week but focuses on celebrating what we “have” done and building on that to create habits for the future.
Overall we really enjoy working with Dan and have seen tangible results; thank you!

I love Dan’s style of coaching, I often get caught up in my own thoughts, counting or thinking about the next task and forgetting the task in hand and often over think and over complicate things.
Dan is great at encouraging, correcting form and giving you the confidence you can do something better than you often think.

Dan has a really easy going manner which makes you feel like no question is a stupid one and he was very good at explaining the moves and helping to tweak any that needed improving. It’s very clear he knows his stuff and he loves what he does and that translates really well to his coaching style. If you are new to exercise and need complete guidance then Dan will make sure you know what to do and WHY. On the same token, if you know what to do but need someone to guide your progress then Dan would be great.
